## What is the Lift Every Voice Patient Network?

The Lift Every Voice (LEV) Patient Network is a community of patients sharing their lived health experiences to educate, inspire, and advocate for culturally responsive care.

We're building the largest community of minoritized patients who are taking control of their care, creating an inclusive and empowering space where every story, every voice, and every experience matters.

Together, we're transforming lived experiences into action—uplifting individuals, improving outcomes, and ensuring that historically underserved communities have the support they need to lead healthier, informed, and self-directed lives.
