The Lift Every Voice (LEV) Patient Network is a community of patients sharing their lived health experiences to educate, inspire, and advocate for culturally responsive care.
We're building the largest community of minoritized patients who are taking control of their care, creating an inclusive and empowering space where every story, every voice, and every experience matters.
